Welcome to DLG Solutions
DLG Solutions was established in 2010 to facilitate and deliver workshop based learning centred on fundamental interpersonal behaviours and their significance in creating positive workplace environments.
DLG Solutions Principal, Jan Craft, has worked in the Investment Banking industry in a career that spanned over 14 years. Her work, primarily in Senior Management roles, encompassed a broad range of business responsibilities.
The psychological tools used for training are based on the type theory of Carl Gustav Jung (further developed by Isobel Myers and Katherine Briggs) and the behavioural theories of William Shultz. Developed in the 1950’s, with constant updating and revisions, these tools continue to be highly regarded and remain widely relevant today. The longevity of these instruments is due to their effectiveness and proven reliability in consistently predicting human behavioural patterns. In simple terms…they work.
DLG Solutions also offers Intentional Leadership Coaching. This is a powerful leadership model based the work of Jane Kise Ed D. "Intentional Leadership - 12 Lenses for Focusing Strengths, Managing Weaknesses and Achieving Your Purpose". Clients have been universally positive in their evaluation of these coaching sessions. They are able to identify and focus on short term goals in manageable and achievable time frames.
Another exciting addition to the psychometric toolkit is the facilitation of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team workshops. Based on the best selling books by Patrick Lencioni, CEO of The Table Group, these half, one and two day workshops are powerful and sit particularly well with the ethos and values of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator ®. Both of these models offer significant opportunities for creating organisational health.
